涉嫌嚴重言語霸凌 北海道大學校長遭解聘

日本文部科學省大臣萩生田光一在30日記者會中表示，已經在同一天解聘北海道大學校長名和豐春（６６）。該校長2017年就職，在2019年的校長選考會議上因為言語霸凌被提案成解聘標準，30日成案。這也是2004年該國立大學法人化後，第一次出現校長被解聘的事件。

根據文部科學省，許多交付出有關名和豐春的聽聞與會議上的資料判斷，該校長對於北大的職員等有過於威壓的言行與過度斥責。依舊國立大學法人法中解聘標準衡量，認為「該校長已經達到不被認可標準」，做出此判斷。

根據該法，除了選考會議上的資料、除了身心受到創傷或是職務上違反相關應盡義務之外，最後以「認定不適合擔任該職的時候」為理由，文部科學省大臣做出判斷對其解職。

萩生田光一表示「我們審慎衡量了選考會議的資料，省內在檢討下做出如此判斷。事情最後演變成如此我們感到相當遺憾」。
